An olive estate on limestone
The estate lies in the municipality of Luque, in the Sierra Subbética of Córdoba, on limestone relief. The olives are picked and milled at the estate’s own mill.
History
Luque belongs to the olive-growing area of the DOP Baena, the oldest olive oil designation of origin in Andalusia, recognised in 1981. The olive tree has been the main crop here since Roman times.
