How we handle the data you give us in the forms and in orders, under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD.

Purposes and legal basis

Contact enquiry and visit request: to answer your request, on the basis of your consent. Orders: performance of the sales contract and compliance with tax and accounting obligations. We do not process data to send marketing communications and we do not build profiles.

Retention

Enquiries are kept while they are being handled and for up to 12 months after they are closed. Order data is kept for the legal tax and accounting retention periods.

Recipients and processors

Messages you send from the forms are delivered to our inbox through the mail server of our hosting provider, which acts as data processor. Orders are delivered by the transport company contracted for Córdoba and its area. We disclose data to no one else and we do not sell lists. If we add an email provider or a payment gateway in future, they will be described here before we start using them.

International transfers

We currently make no international transfers of data: email is processed on infrastructure located in the European Union. Should this change, it will be stated here together with the applicable safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@aceitespenillas.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
