Shipping and returns

How we ship orders and how to exercise the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee.

This English text is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.

Shipping

We deliver in Córdoba and up to 20 km around it, within 24–48 working hours. Shipping costs are calculated from the delivery address and shown before you confirm the order. Orders are packed for the transport of glass and tin.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Tell us at info@aceitespenillas.com or use the withdrawal form available on this page in HTML. We refund the amount by the same means of payment within 14 days at most from the moment we receive the return.

Cost of returning the goods

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except for a defective product or an error in the shipment. Sealed foodstuffs that have been opened are excluded from withdrawal for reasons of hygiene.

Legal guarantee and complaints

The legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 applies: you have three years from delivery to claim for lack of conformity. Write to us first at info@aceitespenillas.com and we will try to settle it directly. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to your municipal consumer information office or the consumer service of your autonomous community, and request arbitration from the corresponding Consumer Arbitration Board. The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform stopped accepting complaints on 20 March 2025 and closed on 20 July 2025, so it is no longer available.
