General terms and conditions of sale

Terms applying to the purchase of products at aceitespenillas.com. Seller: Aceites Hacienda Peñillas, S.L.

This English text is provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish text prevails.

Products and prices

All products are sold by the case. Prices are shown in euros with VAT included: €48.00 for a case of 6 × 500 ml bottles, €188.00 for a case of 6 × 2.5 l tins, €138.00 for a case of 3 × 5 l tins, and €54.00 for the cases of 6 × 500 ml bottles of coupage, single varietal and mixed case.

Placing an order

You send the order from the website and it reaches us by email. We reply confirming availability, shipping costs and the delivery time. The order is placed once you accept that confirmation. Nothing is charged before that point.

Payment methods

The payment method is agreed when the order is confirmed: bank transfer or payment on delivery. No card details are entered on this site and we store none. Card payment on the website itself will be added later, and these terms will be updated before it is switched on.

Delivery times

We deliver in Córdoba and up to 20 km around it, within 24–48 hours. Times are counted in working days from confirmation of payment.

Invoicing

The invoice is issued in the name of the person or company stated in the order and is sent by email.
